BLDVEG brings together materials, water and vegetation to adapt roof systems to a project, from the first question through supply and installation.

Eyal and Ram are behind the company. We began with vegetated roofs and expanded into rainwater-management systems. Our approach has developed through site work and questions from designers and contractors.

Use what the project needs

We look at what the roof needs to do and how to achieve it without unnecessary complexity. Materials, water, irrigation and maintenance all inform the choice. The answer may be a vegetated roof, a water-retaining roof, or a combination.

Connect the disciplines

The drainage consultant needs defined data. The architect also considers appearance. The project manager needs to understand the scope and the next step. We work with their different questions and coordinate the system with the roof as it will be built.

Be clear about suitability

We want to offer a solution we can explain and stand behind. If our system does not fit a project, we say so. If there is a simpler way to meet the requirement, we examine it with the project professionals.
