A particular component or document is needed
Provide the product or document name, the version you hold and the information you need. Distinguish component data from the detail for a complete system.
Supply and installation are approaching
Describe the schedule, the current state of the roof and the person coordinating the work. Mention known access restrictions or equipment already installed.
Information is passing to another person
Pass on the system page together with the specification clause and the relevant document version. This helps the next person understand the design context and the open question.
